Zard 2-2 Six Days overhead exhaust system for Triumph Street Scrambler & Scrambler 900

The Zard 2-2 High exhaust system with E-number is a real highlight for anyone who wants to give their Triumph Street Scrambler a new look and a really rich sound.
The two massive original silencers are replaced by short, crisp stainless steel silencers - a huge upgrade both visually and in terms of sound.

Approval & models

- With E-number / ABE - approved for Euro 4 & Euro 5 models
- Available as road version (with EC approval) or racing version (without EC approval)
- Racing version only on request (not in stock)

Stainless steel (silver) - classic look with silver heat protection plates
Black ceramic-coated - completely in elegant matt black
Optional: black powder-coated heat protection plates (+€79 surcharge, see accessories)

The exhaust emphasises the sporty lines of the Scrambler and ensures a clean, modern look at the rear.

Zard racing DB-Killer CB11523 / RS1

Raisch racing DB Killer for Zard short exhaust systems. More sound + more performance through more throughput. Approx. 40% larger hole. With our DB Killer there are now 3 sound variants available for the Zard systems. With original DB Killer, with Raisch DB Killer or without. Our DB killers are without ABE. They are supplied in pairs.To be honest, with the original DB-killers you only get a very small sound compared to the standard version. Since most of them do not want to drive without DB-killers, we have made this more open variant. It looks like you have a legal DB-killer in it, but it sounds really good! With these db-killers the Zard systems get the sound they need.

DB-Killer Zard 400er extension CB11514 / RS0

To use the DB-Killer on the Zard exhaust system, a fine welding spot has to be drilled out and milled away. Afterwards the exhaust has to be reworked at the guide for the Segering.If you don't want to do this work yourself, you can order it here, then the exhaust will be delivered with easily removable DB-killers (by snap ring).
