Exclusive Classicbike-Raisch x Mass 2-2 stainless steel complete system in side pipe - hot rod design, with E-number / road approval.
Suitable for all Triumph Bobber models.

In our eyes, the side pipes are the most beautiful exhausts for a bobber. It is nice and short, which frees up the rear of the motorbike. In addition, the significantly thicker manifolds than the originals and the short, beefy rear silencers give the Bobber a beefier look.

The system is a complete system. The manifold pipes are significantly thicker than the originals and look much more massive. The original catalytic converter is retained.
The side pipe system is 4.8kg lighter than the original Bobber exhaust.

The sound is rich and muffled. Customers can choose from 6 sound variants with the side pipe exhaust system:
- Standard with the built-in DB killers (which can be removed with a screw).
- Racing DB killers, which make the motorbike louder but still have DB killers fitted (must be ordered separately, see accessories in this description).
- Without DB-Killer
- With cat flap removed: A plate is welded between the manifold pieces (only attached), which ensures that the exhaust gases are forced to pass through the cat. The plate can be cut out so that the exhaust gases are channelled directly through the manifold. In other words, you get a straight pipe and the catalytic converter is rendered virtually dead. This option can also be used with the 3 different DB-Killer variants.

For our first own exhaust system, it was particularly important to us that it not only has a beautiful design, but that it is also of very good quality.
The side pipe system is handmade in Italy by the company Mass, with whom we work very closely.
The workmanship, the material/surface and the accuracy of fit are very good.

We recommend ordering a set of manifold gaskets in addition to the exhaust system (see accessories in this description).

Notes on the Bobber Euro 5 + (from 2025) models:
Attention, the exhaust system cannot simply be fitted plug & play to the Euro 5 + models.
In addition, the system is not homologated for the + models (but is supplied with the E number for the Euro 4 / 5 models).
If you would like to fit the side pipe exhaust system to your Euro 5 + bobber for visual or performance reasons, you will also need an X-pipe or a KAT box from a Euro 4 or 5 bobber.

PowerKit Bobber 1200 / Speedmaster 1200 Stage 5 consists of: Airbox Eliminator Kit USB stick with RAISCH special mapping for direct transfer to the ECU ATTENTION: With the Stage 5 kit, it is essential to use our side pipe exhaust system (completely open). If you have not yet installed the exhaust system, you can order it separately (you will find the exhaust system under the accessories in this product description). Peak power + 27 hp. Peak torque + 13 NMVmax speed limit of 179 km/h is removedMaximum RPM increase + 800 rpm At approx. 6800 rpm, you can even achieve an increase of 29 hp and 30 NM At approx. 4500 rpm, you can already achieve an increase of 8 hp and 12 NM. Now there's real pressure in the boiler! Looking at the performance curves, you would think that two different motorcycles were measured here. The difference or gain is incredible!   The entire rev range becomes enormously more powerful. The engine revs more willingly, feels simply freer and livelier, can now breathe in freely and exhale with maximum freedom! From the mid-range onwards, it really takes off, and in the upper rev range, where the engine feels very tired with the standard setup and it's hardly worth revving higher, it now burns like fireworks. The side pipe exhaust system fits the Bobber perfectly and teases out the engine's full potential. The power feels like it never wants to end. The throttle response is nice and smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves rideability.   The intake sound through the single air filters is simply brilliant, but not too pronounced! The exhaust sound with the open side pipe exhaust system is really powerful.   The increase in performance and improved rideability are active in all riding modes. The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used. The figures in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were determined on the test bench with a great deal of time and effort. These mappings can be transferred to the vehicle yourself using the app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug-and-play solution. This saves you having to have your bike tuned on a test bench, which can be very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the engine also runs more smoothly and quietly overall. We increase the rev limit by 800 rpm, which is well within the healthy range. This kit is not road legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. Installation is relatively easy to do yourself. When ordering, please enter the complete chassis number in the comments field during the ordering process! Installation and mapping can be carried out at our premises by appointment for an additional charge. After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple). Side cover retaining kit:If you would like the Airbox Eli Kit to be a little less conspicuous, or if you simply want to keep the original side covers, we offer a retaining kit that allows you to reinstall the original side covers, even without the airbox. This gives you a clear view of the air filter area from the rear, while still enjoying the extra power. Raisch Racing DB-Killer for Mass Side Pipe exhaust systems. More sound + more power through more flow. The racing killer have in contrast to the original, no head plate at the back of the killer.This makes the exhaust system of the sound a little more throaty and muffled, but absolutely does not become a too loud roar bag. Our DB-killer are without ABE. They are supplied as a pair.
