A very high-quality and well-crafted stainless steel exhaust system from ZARD, featuring a beautifully short GP-style rear silencer.
Visually, it’s a really cool and minimalist design! On the right-hand side, you’ve got a nice, crisp, short exhaust, and on the left-hand side of the motorbike, absolutely nothing!  

The exhaust system also delivers a real power boost (nearly 5 Ps at peak, see the power curve in the photos). If you’re looking for even more power, we recommend fitting one of our performance kits as well.

The sound of the exhaust is simply music to the ears. Despite the rather small rear silencer, the 270° 1200cc engine sounds really nice and deep and bassy with this exhaust system! 
The system is supplied with a removable DB killer. However, this has a fairly narrow flow path and spoils the sound a little. For those who don’t want to go completely without one, but find the original too feeble and too quiet, we recommend our Zard Racing DB-killer (see accessories section in this description).

The exhaust system is available with tailpipes in either stainless steel (same design as the rest of the exhaust) or carbon fibre (at an additional cost).

Unfortunately, the original Zard DB killers take some of the character out of the systems. The difference in sound compared to the standard system is often less than you would expect from an accessory system. This is precisely why we have developed our Raisch Racing DB-Killer. Thanks to the approx. 40 % larger outlet hole and the significantly shorter design, the Zard exhaust systems finally get the muffled, rich sound they deserve. At the same time, the higher flow rate also improves the performance of the system. With our racing DB killers, you now have three different sound levels at your disposal: Original Zard DB-Killer = rather restrained sound Raisch Racing DB-Killer = throaty, rich sound with significantly more character Completely without DB-Killer = maximum volume Visually, it still looks as if a normal DB-Killer has been installed - acoustically, however, the system plays in a different league without sounding too loud. You won't stand out in a negative way. You get exactly the sound that most people are looking for: nice and muffled, not too loud, not too quiet.
