A stylish, short exhaust system for the Speed Twin 900 Euro 5 model with E-mark / road approval.
Made entirely from stainless steel with ABE (road approval), it fits directly onto the original manifolds and can be swapped in as a plug-and-play replacement for the original rear silencers.
E-number / type approval
The Zard exhaust is type-approved (100% legal) for Euro 5 models.
The exhaust also fits Euro 4 and Euro 5+ models. However, the E-number engraved on the exhaust is not homologated for these. It’s best to give us a call – we’ll explain exactly what that means.
The Zard Short exhaust is a visually striking, short and crisp exhaust in a classic design that suits the Speed Twin perfectly. The short exhaust system ensures a clean, uncluttered look at the rear of your Speed Twin.
In terms of sound, the Zard exhaust system delivers a beautifully rich and deep tone.
In classic Zard style, the exhaust system is finished to a very high standard.
To remove the DB killers from the exhaust system, a hard-to-reach weld point must be drilled out and milled away. As this takes around half an hour in total, we have to charge an additional fee for this.

We have developed special racing DB killers for the exhaust system to deliver a louder sound than the standard version and also more power (as the original DB killer is quite restrictive). For a sound just the way you want it. See ‘Accessories’ in this product description.
For Swiss customers, the exhausts can be supplied with a declaration of conformity.
