There are the protectors optionally in unpainted (Raw) as well as in all Triumph original colors. The most common Triumph colors as well as the unpainted parts we actually always have in stock. A color that we do not have in stock will take about 2-6 weeks to be available.
Please note, this part is a handmade fiberglass part. Such parts can never be 100% true to size and it may happen that a hole may need to be minimally drilled / re-drilled.

In addition to the visual aspect, the connection of the two rear frame tubes brings a significant stiffening of the entire frame, which leads to a stabilization of the driving behavior.The original rear frame is shortened according to personal preference and the round arch is also cut to the appropriate desired length. The supplied fitting sleeves are inserted into the round arch and welded (this work must be done by the customer). The other side of the fitting sleeve goes into the shortened rear frame. A thread is cut into it from below and then bolted. Of course, it can also be welded tight (work must be done by the customer).
The round arch is available in 2 versions Option1: straight version Option 2: with angle.

This aluminum front fender replaces the simple plastic fender on the Thruxton 1200 & Speed Twin (plug & play replacement). The surface of the mudguard is beautifully polished, which looks really good on any cafe racer.
The Speed Twin already has an aluminum mudguard fitted ex works. However, this one still looks good, as it is narrower and therefore more of the tire is visible. This makes the tire look sportier.
The fender is optionally available in polished or black (silk matt) powder-coated. Also ideal for painting (see photos of the blue Thruxton). We always make the parts in black silk matt as standard. Several other colours are of course also possible on request.

LED rear light – stylish and functional:The integrated LED rear light (incl. e-number) ensures clear visibility and perfectly matches the clean, open design of the rear. Please note that the position of the rear light in the EU does not officially meet the prescribed standard, as it is more than 30 cm from the rear wheel. In practice, however, this is not a problem because the rear light is highly visible due to the open design of the bobber.
Installation instructions:
Turn signals: For installing the turn signals, we recommend our Frame Blinker Holder or Frame Flasher. Both products can be found in the accessories.
License plate: We recommend a side license plate holder for the perfect custom look. Suitable models can also be found in the accessories.
Fender: For the perfect custom look, we recommend mounting a short fender or no fender at all. You can find two different short fenders among our accessory products.
Wiring: To be able to easily plug the rear light and new turn signals into the wiring harness plug of your bobber, we recommend that you also order the cable set.
Demonstrator / used variant:
We have the kit in black gloss with a slight yellow accent on the inside as a demonstrator part (including pads & seat cover) as in the photos for sale at a special price. The part was mounted on a display motorbike for a time. Condition is as good as new.

A clean mudguard without centre bead, significantly shorter than the original design.Unlike the original mudguard and most other accessory mudguards, the flashed fender still has a flare on the side, which underpins a classic chopper style.
The indicators and rear lights are also reduced to a minimum and integrated into the fender struts. Even if you don't notice them at first glance, you can't miss them in action thanks to modern SMD LED technology. Equipped with an E-mark and arranged in such a way that they fulfil all StVo requirements, you can fit this fender kit in the reassuring knowledge that you are riding 100% legally.
The kit is manufactured entirely in Germany.
Materials used and production method:
The wings are made from the finest carbon fibre. The material is placed by hand in a negative mould and then baked under vacuum and heat. This process makes it possible to produce lightweight and extremely accurately fitting parts. Only high-quality components are used for the materials, including fibres and resins, which are also used for the production of rotor blades.
The mounting system, which is connected to the mudguard, is made of laser-cut and folded aluminium. After machining, it is powder-coated black. These brackets are designed so that you can adjust the height of the mudguard in relation to the tyre. The fender struts themselves are made of steel to make them visually slim yet stable. A slotted hole is incorporated in the lower attachment for height adjustment.
The indicator cable emerges from the bottom of the fender struts and can be routed directly behind the swingarm tube to enable inconspicuous routing.

Versions and their finishes:
The Flashed mudguard is available in a visible carbon version, for which we use a carbon canvas fabric that is also used by Ducati and Porsche. On request, owners of a Bobber TFC can obtain a special version in which we use a twill weave. The matt finish visually matches the original carbon parts of the TFC. However, as the TFC is limited, this part is only produced on request.
We also offer two ready-painted versions: one in gloss black and one in matt black. Both match the original colours. For those looking for individual colour options, an unpainted RAW version is available. This is primed and optimally prepared for a customised paint job by your painter.
The wiring:
For many, wiring is a vexing issue and probably the most time-consuming element of converting to the mudguard kit. Without high-quality electronic tools, the whole thing can hardly be done professionally. But we also have a plug & play solution for this in our range.
The fender struts with integrated lighting are already pre-wired and fitted with a high-quality 4-pin plug on each side. This plug is moulded directly onto the end of the cable and sealed watertight thanks to the IP66 protection class. This is particularly important in the swing arm area, where the plug can sometimes be exposed to moisture.
We have assembled a pre-wired wiring harness for the rear for this plug. This allows the mudguard to be fitted very easily using plug & play.
Please note that the wiring harness must be purchased separately. You can find the wiring harness under accessories in this product description.
However, if you prefer to take care of the wiring yourself, we have deliberately left the cables of the fender struts long enough so that you can remove the plugs and connect the electrics yourself.

Simply replace them with the originals and tighten them with 9 Nm or hand-tight. Damage due to weather influences is impossible with these screws.To the black screws:All included screws are made of stainless steel A2-70 The black screws are powder coated in a beautiful black matt. Optically great, if the screws should not attract attention. No flaking of the color! The exchange is therefore very easy. One screw after the other is replaced. Either you send us your dismantled tubes and we send them back to you coated or you send us your complete fork, we dismantle it and then send it back to you newly coated and reassembled. Please contact us beforehand so that we can make you an offer for the labour time.
Important information:On some fork tubes of conventional telescopic forks (not USD forks)have fixed plastic inserts at the lower end. If this is the case, the inserts must be removed by us and reinserted + flanged after coating.and then re-inserted + crimped after coating.
Classicbike-Raisch tip: If you would like to have it All Black: We also offer other coatings for the original fork (such as black powder coating of fork legs / black anodising of fork outer tubes).
