Wilbers fork springs Zero Friction for BMW R12 with ABE The BMW R12 comes from the factory with a very short spring travel of just 90 mm at the front. Doesn't sound tragic at first - but in practice this means that the fork quickly reaches its limits. This results in the following problems in practice: Too much negative suspension travel Air chamber volume too small Only a small part of the travel can be used comfortably This leads to the fork bottoming out relatively quickly. This is exactly where the Wilbers fork springs come in. Thanks to the adapted spring, optimised preload and a larger air chamber, the short stroke of the fork is optimally utilised.
