Optics & technology:
Not much really needs to be said about the look. The pictures speak for themselves. Of course it is "only a small detail", but this conversion makes a huge difference when you see the motorbike live. The handlebar area is so much tidier and higher quality. And what do you look at all the time when riding? The handlebars.In addition, the buttons and levers feel completely different to operate.
The switch controls are converted from simple toggle switches to high-quality buttons (the D-Box included in the scope of delivery is used for the controls). All necessary controls on the motorbike are retained.
The brake pump raises the braking level of your Bonneville to a higher level. Classicbike-Raisch tip: The braking performance and pressure point are particularly awesome in combination with the Raisch brake callipers.
Installation:
This kit is not a simple plug & play kit. Advanced screwdriver skills are required.
The scope of delivery includes a cable assignment plan to connect the button / electronics box to the original wiring harness.

5 3/4" LED Bates style lamp kit for Bonneville / Street Twin / Speed Twin 900 models.
Many conversions make it much more stylish to install a nice little headlight that is attached to the triple clamp. This eliminates the need for bulky side lamp holders.The Bates-style LED headlight is the perfect blend of classic shape paired with a modern LED headlight insert. This is the perfect mix for our Modern Classic bikes. Visually, such a clear LED insert really makes a statement. However, the headlight only reveals its full power when it is switched on! On the one hand, the white LED light looks really classy, and on the other, it turns night into day, which really makes a difference when riding in the dark. Because everyone knows that the original H4 headlights are not exactly the best.
The headlight is made entirely of metal and has an outer diameter of 155 mm and a depth of 110 mm with an E number. We supply this headlight including a stainless steel bracket for attachment to the lower triple clamp, where the regulator is actually located. The regulator must be relocated for this (see regulator relocation kit in the accessories section of this description). It is not necessary to relocate the regulator on the Street Scrambler.For visual reasons, we also recommend installing a fork cover (also available in the accessories).
This kit is NOT a plug & play solution! To date, we have only ever installed the headlight in combination with a small Motogadget Tiny or Speedster speedometer (we don't think it looks good with the original headlight). In our conversions to date, we have always relocated the ignition lock (under the injection bar) to achieve a clean look.

Narrow & flat aluminum front fender for Triumph Bobber models
High-quality front fender from Classicbike Raisch – complete with bracket and mounting hardware in race bobber style. Made of aluminum, fits your Triumph Bobber.
The extremely short and slim fender gives the front of your Bobber a whole new look. It looks much more delicate than the original and sits closer to the front wheel – creating a sportier, cleaner line.
The aluminum brackets supplied have slotted holes that allow you to adjust the height individually. This means that the fender fits both the original 16-inch tires and other common 16- or 17-inch sizes.
The narrower design and close fit to the tire make the front wheel look significantly wider and more solid – a real eye-catcher.
Notes on coating & painting
High-gloss black powder-coatedThanks to the high-quality powder, the powder-coated version comes very close to a glossy paint finish (see photos). Please note, however, that a 100% smooth surface, as achieved by a professional painter who sands and primes the surface beforehand, cannot be expected with powder coating.
Want to paint it yourself?No problem – the aluminum fenders are ideal for this. We recommend the black-coated version, as the powder adheres to the aluminum like an ideal primer.

Now there's real pressure in the boiler!
Looking at the performance curves, you would think that two different motorcycles were measured here. The difference or gain is incredible!
The entire rev range becomes enormously more powerful. The engine revs more willingly, feels simply freer and livelier, can now breathe in freely and exhale with maximum freedom!
From the mid-range onwards, it really takes off, and in the upper rev range, where the engine feels very tired with the standard setup and it's hardly worth revving higher, it now burns like fireworks. The side pipe exhaust system fits the Bobber perfectly and teases out the engine's full potential. The power feels like it never wants to end.
The throttle response is nice and smooth and load change reactions are significantly reduced, which noticeably improves rideability.
The intake sound through the single air filters is simply brilliant, but not too pronounced!
The exhaust sound with the open side pipe exhaust system is really powerful.
The increase in performance and improved rideability are active in all riding modes.
The driving modes with their respective characteristics can of course still be switched and used.
The figures in the diagrams are rear wheel measurements, see general description in the product group. Our mappings were determined on the test bench with a great deal of time and effort.
These mappings can be transferred to the vehicle yourself using the app + Bluetooth OBD adapter (see below for more information), resulting in a plug-and-play solution. This saves you having to have your bike tuned on a test bench, which can be very expensive. In addition to the increase in performance, the engine also runs more smoothly and quietly overall. We increase the rev limit by 800 rpm, which is well within the healthy range. This kit is not road legal and is only intended for use on non-public roads. Installation is relatively easy to do yourself.

Filter care/cleaning & blackening:When new, the DNA filters are purple due to the oil with which they are lubricated. If you don't like this, you can blacken the filters with the appropriate K&N oil.For maintenance/cleaning of the filters, we recommend ordering the air filter maintenance kit (see accessories in this description). After cleaning and oiling, the filters are slightly purple again (as a tip for those who like purple).
Side cover retaining kit:If you would like the Airbox Eli Kit to be a little less conspicuous, or if you simply want to keep the original side covers, we offer a retaining kit that allows you to reinstall the original side covers, even without the airbox. This gives you a clear view of the air filter area from the rear, while still enjoying the extra power.

Plug and Play LED indicator set for water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models
The Classicbike-Raisch indicator set for those who like it simple.
This complete set contains everything you need to install the Motogadget pin indicators directly and cleanly on your Triumph - without any tinkering. The CNC-milled aluminium adapter provides a clean transition to the original indicator mount. In addition, a suitable resistor is already integrated so that the indicators run at the correct frequency.
Nothing needs to be cut, soldered or plugged in. Simply fit the pre-assembled indicators in place of the original ones and plug them into the original wiring harness - done.

Open metal mesh single air filter for your Triumph Modern Classic.
The Free Spirit air filter kit can be fitted very easily without having to remove the original airbox.This saves a lot of work and you still have the cool look of individual air filters. On the 1200cc motorbikes, the air filters sit nicely on the left and right above or below the fuel rail.On the 900cc models, the filter sits under the injection. Due to the sensors on the motorbike (which can make adjustments to the injection in the minimum range), it is not absolutely necessary to adjust the mapping of the motorbike.However, if you value 100% perfect engine running and would like to achieve more power, you should take your motorbike to the test bench and have it tuned.

Air filter: The metal mesh air filters are water resistant. In other words, you can ride in the rain with the kit without hesitation. If the filter is worn out, you can of course also get a replacement from us.

Throttle grip housing for water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models with 1 inch handlebars
All water-cooled Triumph Modern Classic models with 1-inch handlebars have a combined design ex works: Switch, brake pump, clutch lever and throttle grip are each located in a common housing. This makes it rather complicated to convert the handlebars to a clean design and switch to minimalist button solutions.
With our matt black painted throttle grip housing, you get the perfect basis for a really clean handlebar look. The original Triumph throttle grip can be easily integrated into the housing. You can then decide for yourself which brake and clutch fittings you want to use and which buttons you want on the handlebars.
