Quickshifter BMW R9T

Classicbike-Raisch Plug & Play shifter kit for BMW R nineT models.

Installation of the quickshifter is very simple and can be completed in a short time (no cable cutting, soldering or modification required).
A detailed, model-specific description with pictures is included in the scope of delivery. All other necessary assembly materials and a wrench are also included.
The automatic gearshift module is pre-set by us so that you only have to install it and you can start riding straight away.

For assembly
- Euro 3 / 4 Medium-strength threadlocker is required. If you don't have this at home, you can order a small bottle here (you can find it in the accessories section of this description).
- We also recommend ordering a roll of fabric tape for better cable routing and visibility (can also be found under accessories).
- Euro 5 models: For these models, the shift lever and the additional lever must be removed from the shift shaft. A Torx ring wrench is required for this. If you do not have one of these, you can order one (can be found under accessories in this product description)

We have used the machine on our own bikes for a whole season and tested it extensively before offering it to you. It really works brilliantly!

First and foremost, a quickshifter like this is of course really cool if you're riding really sporty and want to shift through the gears as quickly as possible. Simply shift up a gear under full load and the automatic system does the work for you. You can't shift faster than that!
However, it is also very pleasant not to have to pull the clutch with every upshift when driving relaxed through the city. I find it particularly pleasant when you accelerate from 20 km/h to 70-80 km/h, for example, and you can shift through gear after gear in a relaxed manner.

For those who don't know what an automatic gearshift does. It interrupts the ignition during the shifting process (only when shifting up a gear). This allows you to shift up the gears without pulling the clutch and without taking your foot off the gas.
